Meet Dr. Renaud

I believe in each individual’s capacity for growth and use an individualized strengths-based approach to support you in believing in your own abilities and fulfilling your vision for your life. Grounded in the principles of humanistic and client-centered psychotherapy, my approach respects and values each client's unique experience. Rather than “one-size-fits all,” I use an integrative approach that draws from various therapeutic techniques with intentionality.

Together, we will work to uncover unconscious patterns, foster self-awareness and empower personal and relational growth. In addition to on-going psychotherapy for individuals and couples, I provide goal-specific coaching, yoga-integrated therapy, and therapy in nature. Let’s discuss what may be best for you!
